Golf in Kingston and the surrounding region.

Kingston Golf Course
- There is a 9 hole course in Kingston - green fees $10.
Visitors are welcome to use it at any time and are also
encouraged to join in with the locals on Saturdays, start time
1pm.
- 20 minutes up the road (between Queenstown & Kingston) there
is Jack's point. It is a new subdivision which is in its first
stages. With the economic downturn the properties have not sold
as quickly as the developers would have liked. They have
completed a world class golf course and club rooms. There is
always a house open to view and the club rooms have lovely
lunches. I do not think they have got to the stage of evening
meals yet. There are some lovely walks that leave from the club
rooms. Golf fees are $60 if affiliated NZ/Aus members or $110
for visitors. Cart hire is $15 pp. can be viewed on
www.jackspoint.com.
- 30 minutes towards Queenstown is the Kelvin Heights golf
course. Fees for NZ affiliated $45, Aust affiliated $65 at
visitor $75.

- 3/4 hr is the Millbrook golf course developed by Bob
Charles. Probably best to check fees on
www.millbrook.co.nz as there are quite a few options.
Millbrook also has accommodation, restaurants & health spa for
the ladies. This golf course is sited adjoining Arrowtown which
is a must visit.
- Over the road from Millbrook is The Hills Golf course owned by Michael Hill jeweller. I believe it is very expensive. It also has a day spa. That can be viewed on www.thehills.co.nz
